She has worked with L'Arche Outaouais since 1998 in various roles, including as a caregiver and supervisor for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Over the past 15 years, she has been the Human Resources Coordinator within that organization.

Laurence possesses several talents, particularly excelling as a trainer and recruiter.

She is highly enthusiastic about joining TUOI and making a valuable contribution as a team member.
